| MiniHEM has attactive appearance. The housing
is built from chemically stable plastic. The face panel is laminated
by waterproof film, which is easily accessible for standard sanitary
cleaning. LCD indicates data in a thee-digit decimal code. Photometric
cell has protective cover. The battery compartment is posed in bottom
of the housing and contains three cells. The size of a hemoglobinometer
is 178x128x43 mm, the weight without batteries is less than 300 grammes.
Despite of the small sizes and weight the device is reliably fixed
on a desktop due to rubber legs. Measuring is being perfomed in glass
photometric cuvettes with length of an optical way of 10 mm. Use of
plastic cuvettes and glass tube with 12 mm round is also available.
On the back of device there is a socket for AC/DC adapter. |
