| Two model of the device are intended for various methods of definition of hemoglobin concentration, which are applied in laboratory practice many years. Hemiglobincyanid method (model MiniHEM 540) is recommended Committee for standardisation in hematology of the World Health Organisation and more than 30 years is used in world practice. Modified oxyhemoglobin method (model MiniHEM 523) is original development of Technomedica and it is widely applied in Russia since 1993. Use chemichrom (HbChr) and other methods, involving photometry at wavelength 540 nm (like hemoglobincyanide method) is also available. |  |
